The Ondo state Chapter of the Association Of Online Media Practitioners Association Of Nigeria was on Saturday inaugurated at the Ondo NUJ press Centre, Alagbaka, Akure.
However, the South West Coordinator of the Association, Mr Peter Jones, who sworn - in the newly executive members urged all and sundry to be a verifier of information before disseminating to the public. He also advised further on the usage of wisdom and intelligence while writing stories.
In his acceptance speech, the new Chairman, Bisi Longe thanked the Coordinator and promised that members shall use their platforms to give credible information to the people of the state and device means of tracking dawn on quacks who may want to put the name of the Association in Mud.
