The Federal High Court 9, Abuja, has given judgment in favor of the Plaintiff in a suit brought by Hon. Darlington Nwokocha, Member representing Isiala Ngwa North/Isiala Ngwa South Federal Constituency of Abia State, over the omission of his name as the Candidate of the Labour Party for the Abia Central Senatorial District in the 2023 General Elections in the publication made by INEC. The Federal High Court granted all the reliefs sought by Hon. Darlington Nwokocha and ordered the INEC to accept, list and publish the full names and particulars of the Plaintiff as the duly nominated candidate of the Labour Party for Abia Central Senatorial District.
